Order Info

At this time I accept Paypal and credit cards through my shop as well as invoicing for custom orders.

Once you place an order, I will send the digital proof within 1 business day. You have the option to receive a hard copy sample of the item, which will ship USPS first class or move forward with a full order and have the listing fee subtracted from the total price.

Revisions are included in every order at no additional charge. Please don't hesitate to share your opinions or ideas. Even though I am the professional, you are the one who needs to be happy!

If there are typos or mistakes found on your final item but none on the final proof, I will reprint the order at no charge to you. If the error is on the final proof after it has been approved, reprinting will require half the cost to you.

Processing

  • Invitations and announcements take up to 5 business days to finalize before shipping.

  • Wedding suites take up to 7 business days to finalize before shipping.

  • All stationery and print orders ship within 2 business days.

  • Albums range in processing times and can take up to 2 months to finalize.

Shipping Info

I use USPS for all my shipping. All invitation and album design orders ship Priority Mail with insurance, unless you choose to pay an additional cost for Express. My stationery items ship First Class and take 3 to 5 days to arrive. All orders include tracking.

If you don't receive your order due to a shipping issue, the insurance will cover the cost of reprinting. However, it may take a few weeks for that to process, so additional payment to get the order reprinted might be required, but refunded at a later time. Stationery and print orders will be resent within 2 business days.
